For dinner it was a Chinese buffet
On party day Captain America, Thor, Iron Man, and the Hulk were all in attendance as his theme this year was the Avengers.
We had good food and good company. Little Big Brother requested Chicken Pot Pie for his party dinner so I made my recipe from Ree Drummond (The Pioneer Woman!) which has never failed me.
Auntie Cheryl, Uncle Tom and cousin Allie

After dinner it was time for some fun and festivities. There was dancing, a game of "pin the chest piece on Iron Man", gifts, speeches, and cake!

Papa and Nana stopped by the next day
to wish the birthday boy a Happy Birthday
It was noted in his birthday speeches that Little Big Brother is very generous and gentlemanly when it comes to family. He has a gift for organization and can reorganize any room in the house in a jiffy when he sets his mind to it. He's always available to play a board game and is becoming a master at building Lego creations. Dad and I were happy to see that he requested a Bible and Bible cover as a birthday gift this year; may God bless the reading of His Word to the nourishment of his soul.
Overall it was a wonderful celebration of Little Big Brother's first decade. We thank the Lord for his life and may he have many more decades ahead!!
